Does the suit make the man??? Check out the latest trailer of the reboot of the Spider-Man legend. Spider-Man : Homecoming opens in theaters everywhere on July 7th . I like how they are incorporating other Marvel characters into the movie .
Even though 2016 was an epic year for movies, it almost feels like a warm-up when you look at the long list of blockbuster films already on the release calendar for 2017. Just released is this Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 Sneak Peek video along with a new poster for you to feast your eyes on.
We have some bits of comedy in the sneak peek. We see a sign “Space Suits for Emergency” and then added under that “Or for Fun”! The video features prominently a pop song “I Can’t Spot this feeling, inside of me”. The dialog is saying “There are two types of being in the Universe, those that dance and those that do not”.
A couple of captions pop up saying “The Galaxy”, “won’t save itself”.
We see all of the main characters, namely: Rocket (voiced by Bradley Cooper), Drax (Dave Bautista), Groot (voiced by Vin Diesel), Peter Quill/Star-Lord (Chris Pratt) and Gamora (Zoe Saldana).
However there is still no actual date for the release. All we have been told the film will be released next year, 2017. In the middle of the video there is a caption reading “This Summer”. The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 sneak peek video, at the end, seems merely confirm the movie is “Coming Soon
The new poster features Gamora (Zoe Saldana) and Peter Quill/Star-Lord (Chris Pratt) with some new punk friends. We used a section of that as our feature image for this article. The full poster can be found below.
We are also have below the image that was released to mark the start of production. This was a little while ago, back on February 17th 2016. There is also the logo treatment below
Nothing like New York Comic Con in NYC at The Jacob Javits Convention Center. Cosplay, celebrity panels and tons of fun all in one place and for four amazingly awesome days. If you have never been to a NYCC make sure to get your tickets early for next year…It is an experience YOU don’t want to miss.
Following teasers featuring Thor and Black Panther, CBR can exclusively reveal Marvel Comics‘ third teaser for the upcoming “Civil War II” event. The Phil Noto image depicts teenage Jean Grey, currently a member of “Extraordinary X-Men’s” cast, with the now familiar tagline, “Protect the Future. Change the Future.”
The image itself is intriguing to Marvel fans for a few reasons. First, it includes hints of a full-blown Phoenix raptor, possibly indicating that teen Jean might undergo a powerful transformation. Second, the X-Men themselves played a minor role in the original “Civil War.” Aside from a tie-in mini-series, the team sat out of the main melee. That’s not the case this time around, as “Uncanny X-Men” writer Cullen Bunn and “All-New Wolverine” writer Tom Taylor have teased “Civil War II’s” impact on their ongoings.
During Super Bowl 50 on CBS, 20th Century Fox, Warner Bros. and Marvel Studios all offered up new previews for their imminent slate of comic book movies.
Next up on the comic book movie release schedule are Deadpool, Batman v. Superman, Captain America: Civil War, and X-Men: Apocalypse. Each of these films were previewed during the big game and on top of that, a Marvel & Coca-Cola ad showed cinematic versions Ant-Man and the Hulk battling over a can of Coke. Though, not included in the super cut below, you can watch it right here.
