With Wrestlemania 33 only days away , its time to relive Wrestlemania memories and I have a lot of memories through the years . We will have a different Wrestlemania memory all this week leading up to our Wrestlemania Predictions . Here are the memories of Wrestlemania 1 :
Wrestlemania had the best buildup of any event in history, they stretched it out and just the buildup was epic. The whole thing with Cyndi Lauper and the Rock N Wrestling connection , it made wrestling cool again .
Hulk Hogan and Mr. T even hosted Saturday Night Live , the night before the big event. There was just so much news and excitement with this event, something not seen ever before . They even had wrestling on MTV, which then was the hottest thing in the universe.
Unfortunately I didn’t have cable back then in New York, Cablevision was being a bitch with hooking up parts of New York and the boroughs. So I had to call a 976 number every few hours to get up to date results, 976 was our internet back then lol. I had to watch Wrestlemania 1 the next day , as a friend who had cable recorded it on VHS for me. Couldn’t wait to watch all the excitement.
The matches I most remember from the first Wrestlemania were Andre The Giant Vs. Big John Studd and Piper n Orton Vs. Hogan and Mr. T. The Andre match was good as Andre was the first person to slam the unslamable Big John Studd . The Hogan match was just epic and a good way to finish the storyline with Piper and also build up Mr. Wonderful Paul Orndorf. Here are some highlights of Wrestlemania 1 :
Star Trek , Allegiance Broadway show star and Howard Stern Show announcer George Takei made a great impression on The Superbowl audience with his new Pizza Hut commercial . Ohhh Myyyy we love George Takei on Superfanworld.com . Mr. Takei’s Broadway show Allegiance will be playing across the country in movie theaters on February 19th. Go to Allegiance for all ticket news .
While millions of Americans tune in to Sunday’s Super Bowl, another intense competition will be going down at the same time: the fourth annual Kitten Bowl. This big game, however, involves slightly more cuddly players; considered the “ultimate feline catsravaganza,” it’s a must-watch for cat lovers. Fluffy kittens are put into “teams” on a field filled with obstacles like hamster balls and tunnels. Depending on the cats’ abilities to navigate the obstacles, their team moves the ball towards a touchdown. Tricky!
The teams in the running for Sunday’s playoffs include the Last Hope Lions, Boomer’s Bobcats, Northshore Bengals, and Home & Family Felines, and their lineups are stacked. Tom Bratty Cat, for instance, is described as “intimidating” and plays “quartercat,” while the “halfcat” Spuds MacMuffin is known for thinking “outside the litter box.” (You can read up on all the kittens in advance.)
One final fun feline fact: all of the “cathletes” for this year’s Kitten Bowl were actually adopted. Watch a preview of the action above, or switch to the Hallmark Channel Sunday to see the claw-filled action live at noon, with announcing from Beth Stern, New York Yankees voice John Sterling, and more.
Tucker Carlson tonight which airs on Fox News Channel at 9pm EST. Tucker is a great interviewer, and I love how he rips apart the uninformed. The faces that Tucker Carlson makes when he knows he is here BS is hysterical. If you want a political show, that’s great to watch Tucker Carlson Tonight is the one to watch!!!!!
Hoops Cabaret, the new three-story club in midtown Manhattan (48 West 33rd Street) that is being called “the sexiest sports bar ever,” will be showing UFC 207 headlined by Amanda Nunes vs Ronda Rousey, on its numerous Big Screens and High-Def TVs, live, this Friday night.
“Hoops is a great place to watch the fights,” cooed Hoops Cabaret girl Fiona. “All the seats have a perfect view—of the matches, and of us girls! haha!”
In addition to the popular court-side, private Mezzanine boxes, and Luxury Sky Box seats, the club’s famous “Man Cave” has state of the art video.
“Come watch UFC 207 with us,” purred Hoops Cabaret girl Bianca. “Tasty food, cool drinks, and hot girls—don’t miss it!”

RICK’S CABARET NEW YORK FIFTH ANNUAL THANKSGIVING “TURKEY DRIVE” IS A BIG SUCCESS
Hundreds of Turkeys Donated to Local Shelters, Soup Kitchens
With the help of the FDNY Marine Corps Association, the managers and staff of Rick’s Cabaret, its sister club Vivid Cabaret, and the new Hoops Cabaret (participating in its first turkey drive) delivered turkeys and raised funds for charitable groups located in Manhattan and Queens.
Among them: the PS19 Marino Jeantet Turkey Drive which feeds 500 students and families for Thanksgiving.
Rick’s Cabaret Regional Manager Shaun Kevlin once again led the gentlemen’s clubs’ participation. General Manager Terrence Skelly and Executive Chef Franklin Edwards coordinated turkey deliveries around town, and the club staff also donated winter coats to the needy.
Amazing how many MSM melted down following the Donald Trump win. They don’t get it that it was pretty much their fault that Donald Trump won, with all the crooked news during the election. Many are acting like the sky is falling when Trump hasn’t even been inaugurated yet….Time will tell what will happen under Donald Trump
